Sat. 8/16 @ 7pm: pay-what-you-can performance

We’re using a rush seating format for our pay-what-you-can shows.

For Home, I’m Darling, Catalyst is using in-person rush seating for its PWYC shows. For this performance, our doors will open at 6:30 pm; all seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will gratefully accept any amount at the door. If all available seats are taken, any additional patrons who arrive before 6:50 will have an opportunity to reserve and pre-pay for discounted seats at a later performance, subject to availability.

Why the rush format? Our previous online reservation system for PWYC performances resulted in high no-show rates, but rush seating allowed our PWYC performances of The Book Club Play to run at full capacity, furthering our goal of accessibility. We may return to a modified reservation system in the future, but for now, we’re eager to continue this successful experiment, especially since we’ll be offering more PWYC performances this season than in prior years.
